| 5 Year Development Plan for Mungret Regional
FC
Mungret Regional Football
Club is at a critical point in its history. There is an opportunity
for the Club to move forward by planning its own future in an
organised and co-ordinated way. The Community within which the
Club operates is growing and changing. The Community wants more
sports and leisure facilities and if the Club does not recognise
this and respond or rise to the challenge, the Club will be left
behind to fade and die.
The present committee have recognised
this and do not want this Club to fade and die. In fact they want
the Club to become a top class club, one of the best in the Country.
This 5 Year Plan is the Clubs blueprint for
the development both on and off the field. This Plan will be a 'live'
document and will be updated on an annual basis (version 1 March
2003)
Mission Statement:
- To provide a top quality soccer
environment to all sectors of the Community in Mungret and the
surrounding region.
- To be recognised by all contact
organisations - sporting, social and political - as a first
class Club with a Community focus and a reputation for integrity
and sportsmanship at all levels.
